SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/North Bradford county is excited to officially introduce our team to the residents and businesses in this newly acquired coverage area.  Owned and operated by a long-time resident of northeast Florida, SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/North Bradford county is committed to providing professional, responsive, and courteous, emergency fire, water, and mold mitigation, remediation, and restoration services.  While we have already been providing service to some of these areas from our SERVPRO of Greater St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach franchise location, this new franchise development will make us the preferred SERVPRO provider for your area.  We look forward to getting to know everyone and supporting all the communities that make up this new market.

Here is the bio of our owner:

David comes to the SERVPRO family of franchises with extensive experience in business management, talent development, process improvement, and quality control.  His professional background includes 16 years in the finance sector with JP Morgan Chase (14) and Bank of America (2). During the last 6 years of his career David focused on building new teams and departments on projects created as the result of the consent order issued to all financial institutions in the summer of 2009.

In search of new challenges, David was presented with an opportunity to open the first ever physical location for SERVPRO in St Augustine. In November of 2014 David began negotiations to acquire the territory, and on August 28^th, 2015, SERVPRO of Greater St Augustine/St Augustine Beach, opened its doors for business for the first time.

The franchise quickly developed their reputation as being a premier restoration company, in water and fire damage mitigation and restoration, as well as mold remediation.  In addition, they can provide expertise in all specialty, professional clean-up processes, such as biohazard, duct cleaning, and crime scene cleanup.

With his first SERVPRO location in St Augustine, David has worked to modernize the restoration industry in the northeast Florida.  By adapting many of the concepts learned in corporate environments, he has been able to positively influence customer perception of the restoration industry; by focusing on improved customer service practices, use of technologically advanced equipment, and improved documentation practices.

David has been a resident of the northeast Florida area since 1991.  He is very grateful for the community support he has received, which has fueled the growth of his franchise, to allow for this expansion.  He and his team are committed to bringing the same professionalism to South Fleming Island and north Bradford county.
