SERVPRO's 1-4-8 procedure guidelines

At SERVPRO of South Fleming Island / North Bradford County, we know that timely mitigation is the key to controlling property damage, and recovery costs. 

We pride ourselves on responding faster (to any size disaster) to help our community of Clay County and North Bradford County limit the damage and get back to business faster.  Our Service Response Guidelines follow the "1-4-8" procedure.

Within 1 hour from notice of a loss, we will have contacted our customers to arrange service. 

Within 4 hours of a loss notification, we will be on-site and starting all needed mitigation services. 

Finally, within 8 business hours, a verbal briefing of the scope of work will be communicated to the customer. 

We are available 24/7/365! No job is too big or too small. By the time SERVPRO of South Fleming Island/ North Bradford County is done, it will be "Like it never even happened."
